How it works
No more overwhelming lists. Just gentle nudges.
Choose the level that reflects what you can realistically do right now.
Clean, sprint, co-work, follow a checklist, or use a routine—without planning everything first.
Track completed steps, earn XP, and make visible progress without perfection being the goal. Miss a day? Your streak resets — your progress never does.
The quiet difference
If a companion narrating over you for the whole session sounds like too much, you're not the problem — the format is. Tidy Buddy is quiet by default, and stays that way until you decide otherwise.
The same Co-Work timer, chosen quiet by name. No host, no chat, no narration — turn on voice guidance any time you want it instead.
One switch calms the whole app: voice off, ambient sound off, motion settled, and celebrations without any flashing.
Support that adapts
Our philosophy
Cleaning support should meet you where you are, respect the energy you have, and work with an ADHD or autistic brain instead of against it.
Your mess is your business: before-and-after photos never leave your phone — they're never uploaded.
The right task is one that fits today—not an ideal version of today.
Calm prompts and clear next steps replace shame, pressure, and overwhelming lists.
Small actions still change a space, and they deserve to be recognized.
Free guides
Everything below is free to read and free to use. The app is optional.
A baseline you can hit on your worst day, two habit anchors, and a pull list instead of assigned chore days.
The whole schedule on one page, formatted to print and stick on the fridge. No sign-up, no email.
Replace the vague job of cleaning a room with one visible zone, one category, and a stopping rule.
