Delete Your Tidy Buddy Account

You can permanently delete your Tidy Buddy account and associated synced app data at any time.

Delete In The App

Open Tidy Buddy, sign in, then go to Settings > Account > Delete account. The app asks you to confirm before deletion. For security, Firebase may ask you to sign in again before the deletion completes.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address attached to your Tidy Buddy account. Include "Delete my Tidy Buddy account" in the subject line.

What Gets Deleted

We delete your Firebase Authentication account and associated synced Tidy Buddy cloud data, including progress, XP, streaks, task completions, routines, and custom task lists.

What May Be Retained

Purchase records are managed by Google Play and RevenueCat for billing, tax, refund, fraud-prevention, and legal compliance. If you subscribed through Google Play, manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play.
